Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities purchased per order. In the event of a cancellation, customers will be notified and refunded accordingly. 

Shipping

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. KCAMP Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns. In rare cases involving damaged or incorrect items, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details for assistance.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. KCAMP Clothing is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, including shipping addresses.
